AdvanceSociety provides users with access to a board collection of resources (the "Service"). You understand and agree that the Service may include advertisements.

6. TERMINATION
You agree that AdvanceSociety may, under certain circumstances and without prior notice, immediately terminate any account and/or restrict anyone or entity from using any service provided. Further, you agree that for all terminations AdvanceSociety shall not be responsible for, including, but not limited to any Content, information, connections related to the account.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By using the service you understand and agree that AdvanceSociety should not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, consequential damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, or other tangible or intangible losses. You understand AdvanceSociety provide the Service as a channel for communication as such should not be liable for any damages from any personal or business contact and relation result from or relate to using the Services.
You understand and agree that the Service is provided "AS-IS" and that AdvanceSociety assumes no responsibility for the quality of the Service and any errors such as failure to store any user communications or personalization settings.
You understand and agree that you use of any services is at your sole risk, under no circumstances should AdvanceSociety responsible, including, but not limited to, for the normal use, any errors or omissions in any Content, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, emailed, transmitted or otherwise made available via the Service.
